iPhone to show up in China Mobile store

Apple signed a deal with China Mobile to make iPhone market more dominant in Chinese market. China Mobile is the biggest phone carrier in the world having a 760 million customers. Now China Mobile will sell iPhone in their stores all over.

Chinese market is dominated by Android devices right now from which Samsung is a major player. One of the main reason of Chinese market being under the influence id Android devices is the cheap price of the phones, which can be bought under $100 too.

iPhone 5c costs $739 where as iPhone 5s comes for $871, though apple has not yet said anything about the price of the iPhone which will be provided by China Mobile.

Registration for iPhone will start at 25 Dec and the phone will be available at china mobile stores by 17 Jan. Apple is looking forward to see their sales figures go up after the launch.

Samsung, Huawei, Lenovo and Yulong holds the major share of Chinese mobile handset market and are the main competition apple has to face.

In a news release Apple CEO Tim Cook said “Apple has enormous respect for China Mobile, and we are excited to begin working together, China is an extremely important market for Apple, and our partnership with China Mobile presents us the opportunity to bring iPhone to the customers of the world’s largest network.”

This deal can prove a big success factor for apple in china. iPhone will give 4G LTE experience to its customers, it will also support 3G SCDMA network. According to apple battery life of the phone will depend on usage , settings and other factors affecting the phone.
